1. It is much better mapped out than one beliefs. Science is 1000 of years behind our wisdom. You have to experience it.
  2. There is a million ways, all are children of their time and their creators beautiful, complete and lacking. You have to create you own unique way, but you have to walk, practice first and foremost.
  3. Waking up can be understood as the tuning into the different layers of experience (physical world, relationships, body, mind, emotion, senses, breath, visions, intuition, self), differentiating, dis-identifying, transcending, including and ultimately arrive at your Soul, atman, The Witness, Christ conscious.
  4. It boils down to one decision, fear or love. It is two wolves battling and the one you feed ore will win.
  5. Life is ride of constant impermance, transformation and success is walking with pure love, peace and joy through the darkest nights, hells and heavens.
  6. Breath such a simple thing we do everyday, has powers beyond what I believed to be magic. Go for a breath workshop and get rocked.
  7. The body is our temple. The body is maybe the most astounding organism there is in this universe. It holds all your thoughts, emotions, intuition, ideas, self, experience. Appreciate it truly. Love it deeply. Care for it with you all you have. We are design to move, jump, run, dance, play and love, do it and see how your spirit rises.
  8. Waking up is a quality of awareness while fully engaging. It goes beyond meditation, breathing, chanting to god. Loving service (Karma yoga) is a great path, devotion to any sport and martial art is a great path (bhakti yoga), reading and contemplation is a great path (Jnana Yoga), playing with kids, working…. it all is a path. I realised I practiced love, being here with who ever is here, doing what is needed now with all love, compassion and passion is my creed. Dancing 1-3 hours is a active meditation, devotional yoga, tantra deluxe.
  9. I believed it will be a 3 months project, now I know it is a life journey of practice. Here I go, swing the dance, stretch in play, breath with love, listen to the universe, observe the little things, say thank you for the ordinary and be here and now.

Spread the love
