Just observe 20 minutes daily.
He shares his notion and experience of this practice, how it was opening up his mind and elevated his life experience in quality and depths. I realised myself I am walking 1 hour along the beach and I haven’t seen anything, just lost in thought. Recognizing this I gave it a try for the fun of it.
Just look, no judging, no condemning, no dreaming, thinking etc. just look with open eyes, heart and soul!
