In “Ask and it is Given” Jerry and Esther Hicks share the power of our thoughts and painting a beautiful idea of how we can consciously attract the beauty we want to experience.
According to them feelings are an internal guiding system which can be used to feel your way forward to the thoughts and experiences we want to live.
The frequencies and vibrations we send can be altered, the same way as our receiving system.
The altering process is a slow transition and is rather hard to warp!
They propose a 24 emotion ladder step and one insight I want to share is the positive power of a negative feeling which we should encourage instead of judge, because it is a level up toward the right direction.
If you feel grief and empathic about something it would be considered in the bottom of experienced feelings. If a friend of you instead of grieving a loss, becomes blaming and raging that it was someone’s fault, one may to be inclined to correct our friend:
That’s not a good feeling and seeing the world! Be grateful and take responsibility!
We refute the change and push maybe our friend back, while if we would let it slip or maybe even encourage we could maybe do our a friend a service to come more in line with the thoughts (s)he wants to have.
Mental node to myself: listen carefully to the feelings and the changes of my own talk and others and evaluate them also based on the proposed letter.
